What You’ll Do In This Role:

• Greeting guests with a smile as you encounter them and helping them feel welcomed and comfortable
• Taking guests' gaming reservations, selling retail items at the proshop, creating game cards for the arcade
• Running both food and drinks from the bar to tables
• Prebussing and bussing tables and keeping your eyes peeled for opportunities to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Answering the phone
• Answering questions that guests have regarding drinks, food, the game of Pickleball, or other questions about our awesome venue
• Bringing full bus tubs of dishes to dishroom
• Sweeping and mopping as needed
• Completing assigned sidework and cleaning checklists
